No "FOR RENT OR FOR SALE" signs are allowed in the windows of the Condominium Units at Finisterra

COMMUNITY REAL ESTATE ADVERTISING SIGN

The Board of Directors has approved a standardized real estate sign for owners and real estate agents to advertise their properties that are for sale or rent at Finisterra Condominium Association.  Awesome Signs, a sign company in Niceville, Florida has installed the backboard display for these signs by the corner of Bldg 1 and Old Ferry Road, just as you enter the parking lot.

The standard real estate sign policy states that:

  • The standardized sign created by Awesome Signs is the only approved sign.
  • Unit owners or their agents must contact Awesome Signs to provide information to be displayed on the standardized sign.
  • All signs must be removed within 7 days of a sale.
  • All signs must be removed within 7 days of a rental being filled.
  • All signs must have the unit number listed. 

Awesome Signs is located on John Sims Parkway in Niceville.  Their phone number is (850) 729-0760.  You can call your information into Audria or Mike, who are the owners.  They will provide you with the cost for the sign (around $25). This sign can be used over and over.   You can pick up your personalized sign and place it in the slot on the community real estate sign which is located near the entrance as you enter the association property.

Bluewater Management Services is the only authority to have vehicles towed from Finisterra Condominiums. Please contact the Management Office if you wish to report an unauthorized, unlicensed or abandoned vehicle. If in the event a vehicle is towed, C&B Towing is the company that is authorized to tow. They are located at 606 Scott Lane, Ft. Walton Beach, FL, phone (850) 862-9940.

The Finisterra Board of Directors has adopted the new Rules & Regulations, they were adopted at the April 11, 2009 Board of Directors Meeting. All homeowners will receive a copy of the new Rules & Regulations via U.S.P.S. and all homeowners and tenants are required to register their vehicle(s) and pet(s), receive a copy of the Rules & Regulations and sign for a Parking Pass that hangs from the rearview mirror. THE NAME OF THE PAINT IS CORONADO 12-1 SEMI-GLOSS EXTERIOR PAINT. ASK FOR THE FINISTERRA EXTERIOR FRONT DOOR FORMULA. THEY ALSO HAVE ON FILE MOST UNIT INTERIOR WALL COLOR PAINT.
