WINDOW REPLACEMENT PROJECT: The SCA, Inc. major renovation project in the 2011 Annual Budget is the start of replacement of aesthetically-deficient living room windows in both one and two bedroom units and second level aesthetically-deficient sliding glass doors. This is a project that will be executed over multiple budget years due to size, scope, and funding availability. Our plan is to begin the aesthetically-deficient window replacements in Building E in September 2011. Guy's Glass and Mirror will be the contractor for the project. The building sequence for this project is Building E, A, D, and C. OPEN FLAME DEVICE REMOVAL: At the October 2010 Annual Unit Owners and Combined BoD Meetings, it was decided that unit owners must remove all open flame devices from the patios and balaconies. There still are a few units that remain in violation of this rule. Please comply with this important safety and risk mitigation issue. The Combined BoD thanks those unit owners who have already complied with this new requirement. It is important to note that electric barbeques are permitted on patios and balconies. Refer to past Association Newsletters for the details concerning the background on this issue. Just a block away from the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico lies Sandprints, a condominium association complete with swimming pool, clubhouse, and center courtyard. Documents |
