General Information

One of the main objectives of the Association is to create an environment where the community is kept clean, residents feel good about the appearance, and they adhere to the rules.

The most noticeable violation of the restrictive covenants of the community is where residents do not keep their trashcans out of view, except on the day of collection. Some are left outside the front porches and others are left in the driveway or on the street.

While previous letters have been sent to owners concerning these violations, the practice still continues. Owners are responsible for the actions of their tenants, and that is why owners are notified. Notices have been placed on doorsteps or on the trashcans itself as a reminder to those who live there.

The Board of Directors will be considering the institution of fines to owners whose units are in violation. No one wishes for this to be done, but lack of adherence to the rule forces the Board to take more aggressive action. Others who abide by the rules are complaining about those who don't.

Please keep your trashcan out of view, except to put it out for trash pickup, and then return it to the garage for keeping.
