Darlane Landsberger is your licensed Community Association Manager. She handles the affairs of the associations as directed by the Board of Directors. Please contact her if you have any questions or concerns at:

Conchita Yates handles most of the accounting. She has a Master's Degree in accounting and is a licensed Community Association Manager. You may direct your inquiries regarding your association account, which includes billing, deposits, collection, dues verification, and insurance to:

Melissa Ballard handles a lot of the accounting and is the office manager. She has a B.S. degree in accounting and is a licensed Community Association Manager. She can answer most of your questions regarding accounting, i.e., regarding your association account, which includes billing, deposits, collection and dues verification:
Meredith Collins is your administrative assistant and is a licensed Community Association Manager. She can answer most of your questions. She is also the recording secretary and will be present at most association meetings. All correspondence, document requests, web site inquiries, and historical information may be directed to:
Sharon Decker and Patrick McDermon are your property support department. They oversee the associations' common areas and provide notifications of covenant violations and report to the Board for enforcement guidance. Please report covenant violations and maintenance issues to:
