Meredith Collins is your administrative assistant and is a licensed Community Association Manager. She can answer most of your questions. Laura Cohen is your property support department. She oversees the associations' common areas and provide notifications of covenant violations and report to the Board for enforcement guidance. Please report covenant violations and maintenance issues to:
